I have ordered the Bags Be Gone eye patches in the past and they've been very effective. My last order was shipped and delivered faster than expected but unfortunately my package was stolen from my mailroom. I contacted the Lumin support team and Rachel responded immediately and said she will send out another package. Three days later I received another package with all my items intact. Thank you to Rachel and the entire Lumin team. I can't wait to start using the patches again as well as the Dragon Ray Eye Gel.
