Red Marks on My Nose
I used this product once and it left 2 red marks on the bridge of my nose. I even put water on my nose and timed it at left it on for 12 minutes, since the directions say to wet your nose and leave it on for 10-15 mins. I can't even return it since the return section says no returns if the product is used.

Unimpressed
Perhaps immediate results are not to be expected. Hoping after few more applications deep pore cleansing results will be evident, but at this stage, after only one, I am not impressed by this particular product. Some improvement is there, it’s true, it’s just not as powerful as some other products in the family.
