I got excited to receive my "mystery box" and realized there were reviews when I came to check on the status. Preemptively writing this review with 3 stars so there is a response that reminds me to come back. If this mystery box really is just a scam to offload towels, I'll be incredibly annoyed.

Ordered 2. Got a nice face cream for one, and a face towel for the other. Randomly allocated by the system, per my query to customer support, who ‘appreciated my understanding’. Even at the sale price, a face towel is hardly worth the 6 euro. Imagine paying the full price for this!!

A shame really as I like Lumin, but this has left a very unpleasant taste! The products may be good generally (my husband had bought previously, but this was my first direct order), and for sure a mystery box is a mystery box….. but I don’t like the feeling of being told ‘more fool you for buying it’ from the customer service team! Once burned etc.

Don’t waste time at 6 euro… definitely don’t waste time at full price (assuming that is even a real discount)
